50's style Birthday celebrations.

INKA'S, INGA'S & LAURA'S BIRTHDAY PARTY AT BRIGHTON ROCKS.

Red lips, massive skirts, sexy cleavages, smart suits, pretty shoes and skinny ties.
Saturday night was spent at Brighton Rocks in Kemptown. The three lovely ladies birthday celebrations turned in to an awesome evening with fun swinging music, amazing chocolate cake a la Jeff and black and white movies. Also, thumbs up for Brighton Rocks which was the perfect place for a party like this, plus the atmosphere was great and the cocktails were awesome! After 'one or two' swinging drinks we decided to head to Life for a bit of a boogie before bedtime - we danced the night a way and ended up eating Enchiladas in bed at 4am.

All in all a great night!

London x2

KINGS OF LEON, HYDE PARK, LONDON 22nd JUNE 2011

'...Someone like you and all you know and how you speak
Countless lovers on the cover of the streets
You know that I could use somebody
You know that I could use somebody
Someone like you...'

Two days off work, sunny, loads of drinks and an awesome show - what more can you ask for?

Midsummer is never gonna be the same here as in Sweden, we tried last year...We did quit well actually, pretty summery dresses, nice food, loads of friends, good tunes, party at ours and flowers in our hair. However, it would have been so much better on the west coast in Sweden...
Well, instead of spending my time on the Swedish seaside, as I bet many of my friends back home did, I yet again went to London. Clare took all of us with her up to London to see Craig's band play in Camden, unfortunately the venue was not very buys, however Sunday Morning Service's biggest Brighton fans were there:).
Thanks for a great night!

Something new, something old, something borrowed, something blue.

HOLIDAY AND WEDDING IN SPAIN.

New memories were created, new bonds were tied, strangers laughed together in the sunset and sunflowers turned there heads towards the light. A week full of joy, laughter, late nights, love and lazy days in the sun.
Our visit to Santaella, Spain was absolutely amazing, we stayed in a villa - Casa Rural, just outside the village. The villa was situated on a hill and the view of the olive trees and the sunflowers were gorgeous. Seeing where our dear friend grew up, meeting her friends and family was great. Life in the small village up on the hill was so different from here, so relaxed, so friendly, so colourful and so beautiful.

2 hours on a plane and the world you see is completely different, the smells, the climate, the people, the noises, the food and the traditions. Seeing the serenade and joining the street party afterwards was one of he most fun things I have done, we laughed, tried to swing our hips in the same way as the Spanish ladies, ate homemade sweets and enjoyed the Spanish treats that the hostess was handing out. We had a blast! You cannot even imagine anything like this taking place here in Brighton, or in the UK for that matter.
The day after this experience we had the wedding to look forward to, around 250 people, all together in Valle's parents garden, all excited to see the happy couple, to see them get married and to wish them happiness in the future. It was beautiful! They were beautiful! After the ceremony, loads of hugs, and some champagne we headed to the hotel for the reception, dinner, more drinks, speeches and loads of dancing.
The wedding was out of this world, the bride looked like a Spanish princess and the groom was more handsome than ever!
What a wedding! What a day! What a week!

I think we all got in to a Spanish mood after experiencing the 'real Spain'...mañana, mañana.
